The trainers at JFIT at the Simon Family JCC are offering a Youth Agility and Speed training throughout August to help improve strength and performance across all sports!
Held on TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS from 10 – 11:00 AM, we’ll focus on developing quickness, balance, mix directional and vertical movement, power and coordination. Whether you play football, volleyball, tennis, soccer, dance or any sport — you’ll gain invaluable experience — as evaluated by experts in the wellness field. Learning how to safely train the proper way will lead to mental focus and goal setting for dramatic improvement.
