Matzah Making with OST Sisterhood

Homemade Matzah is easy and fun to make. Plus, your youngsters may be mentally transported back to the day when the Jews had to rush to make the bread that would sustain them in the desert. They didn’t know there would be manna when they ran out. This recipe is traditional for Passover and is made with only flour and water. Otherwise, you can replace ½ cup of water with EVOO and add ¾ tsp salt.

You have 18 minutes to mix and bake the dough, so get everything ready before starting!
