The United Jewish Federation of Tidewater and the Simon Family JCC on the Reba and Sam Sandler Campus of the Tidewater Jewish Community will hold a full day of festivities on Wednesday, May 29. 

Start the morning with Senior Health and Fitness Vendors from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Vendors will fill the walls of the Cardo Café with information booths and helpful testing and activities for everyone 55+. 

At 12:00 PM, Rosanne Leipzig will be speaking about her book Honest Aging: An Insider's Guide to the Second Half of Life. Lunch will be served at this event! 

Finally, conclude the day with Senior Prom at 4:00 PM. Community members are invited to dance, socialize, nosh, and make memories! Happy Seniors Health and Fitness Day!
