People currently enrolled with Jewish Family Service (JFS) are eligible for transportation services to medical appointments.  If you are not enrolled with JFS, please contact us to arrance a complimentary consultation about your service needs.  To help ensure the ability to you where you need to go, arrangement must be made with JFS for pick-up at least one week prior to schduled medical appointments.
